About
Amafi builds the workflow layer behind modern M&A.
We build AI-native infrastructure for materials, analysis, outreach, and execution so deal teams can move faster with better output and less manual drag.
Built from deal work
Amafi was built around the recurring work that slows real deal teams down: materials, analysis, research, workflow coordination, and execution support.
Designed for leverage
The aim is not generic automation. It is helping lean teams produce better work, compress repetitive tasks, and move faster on live situations.
Used in practice
Amafi powers Amafi Advisory, helping investment bankers prepare better materials, originate more deals, and move faster across SME and lower mid-market M&A.
Why Amafi exists
Modern M&A teams still rely on too much manual work across research, analysis, document preparation, and process management. The problem is not a lack of tools. It is a lack of systems that understand how deal work actually happens.
Amafi was created to solve that problem with AI-native infrastructure built around recurring workflows rather than isolated features. We want deal teams to spend less time assembling work and more time making decisions, building relationships, and moving transactions forward.
That same infrastructure now powers Amafi Advisory on the banker side, giving us a direct feedback loop between product, workflow, and live execution.
Leadership
Built by dealmakers and engineers.
